The pattern will fit size 7/8-inch doll heads at 100%. For bigger or smaller heads you can resize (i.e., 75% for a 5/6 head)
NOTE: When you print, enter 100% for scale so it doesn't automatically fill the entire page. Then measure the 1-inch square once printed to be sure it's correctly sized.
