Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

We only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement if approved.

We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
