Withdrawal form for EU Residents

Due to the high cost and extended creation time involved in the production of my ball-jointed dolls, in-stock orders and standard preorders can be canceled via the withdrawal button within 14 days of delivery, but returns must be sent back in pristine, unopened collector condition.

Dolls that are customized per order are considered unique custom commissions and as such are non-refundable under EU personalization exemptions.
